How do I write a ticket to the IT-StudentSupport?
If you have any problems please feel free to contact us via the form. Please fill in all required fields. The date of birth will be required as described in the instructions for resetting your e-mail password. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible. Tips for information you should send us are: Operating system, current version, installed virus protection, wifi network in which you are active etc.
